The event provided  

• Free heart and diabetes checks and was a valuable chance to understand risk factors and get personalised advice without needing an appointment

• A basic CPR and AED training session 

• Free MMR immunisations*

• Support to live Smoke and Vape Free

• Education on reading food labels for healthier living

• Resources to connect with mental health and wellness services 

 

It was great to connect with the local East Auckland community and we look forward to providing more access to health services alongside our clinics.
