For people wanting to be mindful of every day stress

Duration of programme

2.5 hours each week for 8 weeks 

(morning and evening sessions available)


Facilitated by a qualified mindfulness teacher

  • mindful meditation

  • gentle stretching

  • working with emotions

  • learning from others

FREE of charge

This programme is for patients enrolled with a clinic who are part of East Health Trust PHO.
