ElderCare
ElderCare was established in 2000, it is a service to provide a co-ordinated approach to the health care of older people.ElderCare supports older people to live independently in the community. It can provide you and your family with information about health and community services for older people and assist you to access the appropriate services. It offers health education to community groups about ageing positively. Your doctor and practice nurse work closely with ElderCare and can refer you to our service.
The general public are able to access the service for advice and information on local and greater Auckland services.
